2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was found from the house of the petitioner and his son was involved in the crime. He is in custody since 18.09.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27613 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 enlarged on bail after framing of charge, if the charge has already been not framed, on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 615 of 2023.
