2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is the second wife of the deceased and she is having two children. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and mother of two children, her application for bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
