13-07-2015 Heard Sri Sourendra Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Dharmeshwar Mishra, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondent/Bihar State Electricity Board (in short "Board").

The present writ petition has been filed in a representative capacity by the Bihar Jharkhand Vidyut Parishad Field Kamgar Union, with a prayer to direct the respondent/Board to pay over-time dues.

It is not a specific case that which employee has not been paid overtime due. In such situation, such relief may not be
