The application was filed in the year 2014 and in the writ petition in question being CWJC No.19872 of 2013, a prayer was made with regard to preparing a panel of advocates for the Ara Municipal Corporation in various Civil Court and before the High Court. The order in the writ petition was passed on 16.12.2013 about more than three and half years back and till date even notices in the contempt application has not been issued.

Patna High Court MJC No.3298 of 2014 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Taking note of all these factors, I see no reason to initiate any action after such a long period of time. In case, the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting in the matter, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings in accordance with law.

Finding no case for initiating action for contempt, the application stands disposed of.
