Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No.568 of 2014 under Sections 420, 406, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never received any money from the informant. Petitioner was employee of the informant. When the informant demanded his salary, the informant firstly lodged the complaint petition making false and frivolous allegation on the basis of which the present F.I.R. was lodged.

Considering the facts that the petitioner denied to have borrowed any money from the informant, petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43935 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Seema Kumari, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.568 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
