JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 24.7.2009 passed by the Chairman, Bihar State Board of Religious Trust, Patna whereby superseding the earlier order of the Committee, has allowed respondent No.5 Ram Shobhit Das to continue on the post of Mahanth of Sri Ramjanki Thakurbari Powara, Village under Gram Panchayat Fulhara till further orders. This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the District Judge against the aforesaid order within a period of six weeks from today. The learned District Judge would condone the delay as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court. In case such an application is filed, the same would be disposed of on its own merit preferably within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
