The present modification application has been occasioned on behalf of the fact that there is a mistake in the address of the petitioner as recorded in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 21983 of 2015 and also in the order-sheet which followed therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the village of Sheela Devi is Matkuria, P.S. Triveniganj and District-Supaul and not village Bhatkuria, P.S. Triveniganj, District-Saharsa as has been recorded in the ordersheet. He accordingly presses that the said order be modified in the context as stated here. Prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

Let the address of Sheela Devi, wife of Late Anandi Yadav be henceforth read as resident of village Matkuria, P.S. Triveniganj and District Supaul and not Village-Bhatkuria, P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52000 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 P2/2 Triveniganj, District-Saharsa.

With the aforementioned modifications, the present application is disposed of and the order dated 01.10.2015 is accordingly modified extent stated above.

The time fixed in the order passed earlier shall be treated to be extended and run from today.
