2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased who is the first wife of the petitioner. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2002.

4. From the records, it appears that the deceased died of strangulation inside the house and the blood was found at the place of occurrence and also on the body of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24385 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case and also considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
