The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that her daughter left the house without information. The informant, later on, on enquiry could know that the Villagers, namely, Ravi Kumar and three persons are involved in taking away her daughter. The statement made under 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shows that she has gone out of her own and has entered into marriage with Ravi Kumar.

No.22704 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Ashok Singh, Bikram Singh and Pravin Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S.
