Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition as the petitioner was on police bail during course of investigation. It is submitted that the petitioner is on police bail and once he is on bail he shall remain on bail till his bail bond is cancelled in accordance with law. In view of the law laid down in Mahendra Singh's case PLJR 2004 Volume III, Page 491, as prayed for the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
