It appears that vide order dated 18.09.2017, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.71 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, in the said order court name has been typed as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in place of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada due to wrong mentioning in the petition itself, while the application is related to Nawada.
