The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.144 of 2016, G.R. No.1767 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners and O.P.No,2 jointly submits that on the joint prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners and O.P.No.2 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna where the dispute in between the accused- petitioners and the informant O.P.No.2 has been settled and detail has been annexed with Mediation Report dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35082 of 2016 (6) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 22.09.2017.
Learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 further submits that she has no grievance at present with the petitioners. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhabua, Kaimur, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
