The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 353/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. It is alleged in the written report that four persons were standing with two motorcycles, in which two of them managed to run away on seeing the police party. It is further alleged that one person also fled away after leaving his motorcycle and this petitioner was arrested. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khagaul P.S.
