2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that a notice dated 16.10.2020 was issued by the Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts upon the petitioners to appear before the Religious Trust Board on 07.11.2020.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7007 of 2022 dt.30-11-2023 2/2 However, the petitioners chose not to appear and only after two days, the President of the Religious Trust Board, Bihar, Patna has passed an order dated 09.11.2020, whereby, respondent no.2 has taken over the property of Narmdeshwar Mahadev Mandir under the Bihar Religious Trust Board illegally. The petitioners seek to assail the order dated 09.11.2020, passed by the President, Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts.

If the petitioners have any grievance with respect to the order dated 09.11.2020 passed by the president of the Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts, they may raise the same before the District Court concerned, in accordance with the provision of Section 32 of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
