2. Retiral dues with statutory interest has been paid. Petitioner, however, is still desirous of seeking direction from this Court for payment of interest over the delayed payment. In view of the statement made in Paragraph 5 of the reply to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, I am not inclined to direct for payment of any interest over the delayed payment, as petitioner has already been paid retiral dues with statutory interest.
