The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 2/8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both the parties are co-villagers. Petitioners are innocent. They have played no role with regard to kidnapping. In course of investigation, no specific material has come in the case diary. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34045 of 2017 (6) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Lakhisarai, Munger in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
