2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12457 of 2026.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12457 of 2026 in which one of the condition was that "as most of the cases of the petitioner are from Nemdarganj Police Station, so, he is also directed to mark his weekly attendance at Nemdarganj P.S." It is further submitted that the petitioner is a resident of Vaishali and as such, he may be directed to mark his attendance on a monthly basis at Vaishali Police Station.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12457 of 2026 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall mark his attendance on a monthly basis at Vaishali Police Station.
