Counsel for the petitioner submits that the findings in para 6 of the order dated 23.6.2015 passed in CWJC No. 5260 of 2015 to the extent that show cause was issued to the petitioner, is erroneous since the case of the petitioner was that show cause was nothing but a post decisional opportunity

Patna High Court C. REV. No.219 of 2015(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 granted to the petitioner. He also submits that under similar circumstances in the case of Tripurari Kumar vs State of Bihar & ors decided in CWJC No. 5236 of 2015 the same issue has been viewed differently by the same Hon'ble Judge, who has passed the order in the instant proceedings. No error apparent on the face of the record has been made out. The grounds set forth in today's argument are no ground for review.

The review application is dismissed.
