The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.578 of 2018 dated 12.9.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412, 396 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and Sections 25(1-b)(a)26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Prosecution story is that some miscreants entered inside the house of the informant, committed dacoity and exploded bombs. Petitioner and three other accused persons were apprehended by the villagers and handed over to the police. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery from the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.9.2018 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24413 of 2019(4) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 another co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 5.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6518 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kishanganj, District Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.578 of 2018 dated 12.9.2018..
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
