====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No.30 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 65 pouches, each containing 400 ml. country made liquor and one liter Indian Made Foreign Liquor, kept in the bottle of Pepsi, from the shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 21.02.2019.
