The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147,149, 323, 341, 397, 379, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. On account of trivial issue of tap water scuffle took place and both side involved in free fight which led to case and counter case. The nature of injury sustained by the informant side is simple as is evident from Annexure-2.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Vikash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
