The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016 registered for the offence(s) punishable under section(s) 147, 149, 323, 341, 307, 427, 380, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that this petitioner and 13 others named in the FIR, assaulted the informant and his family members. Both the parties are neighbours and for land dispute occurrence took place. Case and counter case have been lodged by both sides. Injury report of all the injured, is simple in nature. Besides that a compromise petition has been filed and copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure-5 to this application.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 123 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
