JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 It appears that the petitioners' grievance of dissolution of their societies u/s 40 of the Co-operative Societies Act has been redressed vide notification dated 16.4.2013 published in Bihar Gazette dated 3.5.2013.
The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. It has been brought to the notice of the court that criminal cases have also been filed at the behest of such persons who had deposited money with the society.
It goes without saying that the said matter has to be dealt in appropriate proceeding.
