The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the complaint petition it appears there is business dispute between the parties and on that account it has been claimed that the petitioner has not paid Rs.78,804/- which was given to him and on demand to return the same he abused and assaulted him.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
