JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the concerned Court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioner may surrender before the concerned trial court within a period of four weeks from today and in case, the petitioner surrenders and files an application for grant of regular bail, the concerned court would consider the same and dispose it of on the same day considering the fact that two of the co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by this court.
