Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1897(C) of 2016 registered for the offence under sections 323, 341, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2019.
