Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.118 of 2020, u/s 447, 341, 323, 302, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the IPC.

Vide order dated 19.04.2023 a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- Vth - cum -Special Judge, Excise-1st, Madhepura, dated 26.04.2023 kept at Flag 'R' whereby it is inter alia submitted that three witnesses have been produced and examined in this case on behalf of the prosecution but three witnesses including the I.O. are yet to be produced by the prosecution in this case.

Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26405 of 2023(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
