Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.4 stating that water connection has already been given by the Khagaul Nagar Parishad in the house in question. He states that in fact there is dispute among the writ petitioner and respondents no.6 to 8, who are brothers for which they are fighting title suit as well as criminal case.
