JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 The petitioner prays for a direction to the authorities to provide water connection in his house situated in Mauza Bari Khagaul under Khagaul Municipality, Circle No.10 Ward No.17(old)/20(new) bearing Holding no.161.

Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.4 stating that water connection has already been given by the Khagaul Nagar Parishad in the house in question. He states that in fact there is dispute among the writ petitioner and respondents no.6 to 8, who are brothers for which they are fighting title suit as well as criminal case. The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23364 of 2011 (3) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 petitioner to approach the Corporation authorities afresh for redressal of his grievances.
