In view of the statement made by the opposite parties that the case of the petitioner was referred to the Standing Empowered Committee and the decisions on the petitioner's case was taken vide letter no.

12(3)/CE (EZII)/PMGSY/CPWD/2014/366 dated 26.05.2014 which was duly communicated to the petitioner, this Court does not deem it fit to proceed further in the contempt matter.
