2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Araria vide order dated 30.08.2023 in A.B.P. No. 684 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioners shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early
