In this case, the claim has been made by the petitioner that though the respondent no.4 is the member of Ward No.11, but has wrongly been appointed as Anganbari Sahayika in Ward No.10, for that she has filed a complaint petition/representation before the District Programme Officer, Jahanabad, which is still pending and no action has been taken against the respondent no.4.

Let the District Programme Officer, Jahanabad,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16252 of 2013(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 examine the complaint petition / representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after giving notice and hearing to respondent no.4.
