The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21.07.2016 as he was prevented due to certain unavoidable reasons from surrendering with the time fixed by this Court. For the reasons stated in modification application, let the time fixed for surrender in the court below run four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the aforementioned time of four weeks from today, the order dated 21.07.2016 shall stand automatically withdrawn.
Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
