ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2019 in connection with Sare P.S. Case No.8 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he had merely gone to the house of his maternal grandfather and the alleged recovery was from in front of the house of his grandfather. It is further submitted that he has been implicated in connection with the present case on mere suspicion.
In view of the aforementioned facts and
