JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran at Motihari, i.e. the respondent no.4 to finally conclude the proceedings of the pending Encroachment Case No. 47 of 2019-20. It is directed accordingly. It is needless to state that the respondent no.4 shall, after applying independent mind and upon hearing the affected parties, pass the final order in connection with the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.47 of 2019-20 under

Patna High Court CWJC No.7014 of 2022(2) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 2022 Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and shall thereafter remove the encroachment in question, if so found.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
