2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023 instituted under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the Bhaisur of the deceased. The husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this Court. Considering the fact that the deceased committed suicide due to dispute over construction and allotment of house to other family members. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27553 of 2024(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.,1st, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
