The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 705 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392, 120(B), 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.07.2018. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has been implicated on the basis of suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
