JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 20-03-2018 These applications have come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the second paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail, P.S. case number and sections have wrongly been mentioned.

Counsel for the petitioners further seeks permission to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of the petitions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11 of 2018 (6) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 with regard to name of the police station. Prayer is allowed. Let necessary correction be made in the Cause Title of the petitions with regard to the name of the P.S. in course of the day.

In view of such, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of „Agamkuan P.S. Case No.317 of 2016‟, it should be read as "Kashichak P.S. Case No.89 of 2017". Further, in place of „under Sections 419, 420, 408, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC, it should be read as "under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act." Further, in the Cause Title of the order dated 28.02.2018, in place of „P.S.-Kashichak (Sanpur O.P.)‟, it should be read as "P.S.-Kashichak (Sahpur O.P.)". Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.89 of 2017.
