2. As per averments made in the writ petition and documents enclosed, it is the petitioner's case that he has undergone 12 days training program, as per Annexure-2 to the writ petition. He, thereafter, has worked in the non-formal education programme from 29/05/1997 to 31/12/2001 as a worker under the Scheme at the center in Pain (Mushari) Tola, Sheikhpura.
3. Based on such facts, the instant writ petition has

4. From the averments made in the writ petition, the petitioner has not been able to establish any enforceable claim for issuance of any such direction.
5 The writ petition is dismissed.
