2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024 registered under Sections-85, 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS and Sections-3 & 4 of D.P. Act.

3. According to allegation, the petitioner and the victim have solemnized love marriage. When she went to her matrimonial house, the petitioner and his family members asked for Rs. Five lacs from the victim as dowry and ultimately, the accused persons ousted her from matrimonial house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25231 of 2025(4) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 this case. The matter has been mutually settled and that is why, despite the receipt of notice by the victim, none appeared on her behalf.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
