JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jankinagar Police Station Case No. 67 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of the coaccused and some circumstantial evidence were also collected against him and, therefore, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and, hence, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail in connection with Janikarnagar P.S.Case No. 67 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44817 of 2016 (2) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
