The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 registered under Sections 353, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal history. The allegation of assault is totally false. They are innocent and have committed no offence.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
