This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification in the order dated 23.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21918 of 2016 by a Bench of this court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 23.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 21918 of 2016, the petitioner was granted bail, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda,, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 415 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. But the petitioner could not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26210 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 surrender within the stipulated period due to personal difficulties. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case in the court below is further extended for four weeks from today and this applications is, accordingly, allowed with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 23.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc.
