2. The petitioner seek bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. One UD Case No. 73 of 2023 was registered on 20.09.2023 on the statement of the informant in which he has not said anything against the petitioner. The UD case was registered when the dead body of the deceased was found on the railway line. The petitioner is in jail custody since 01.12.2023.
4. It appears that the deceased died in train accident and subsequently, the petitioner has been

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge, Buxar in connection with S.Tr. No. 81 of 2024 arising out of Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2023.
