Petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 337, 338, 323, 307, 427, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that after the result of the Student Union Election held in the College the accused persons objected the result and alleging rigging in the election and pelted stone over the police party.
It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 2.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2452 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

No.37340 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Indarjeet Kuamr and Bablu Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.59 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
