JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 216/18, G.R. No. 8727 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is allegation that this petitioner and others of assaulting the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25587 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran (Motihari), in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S. Case No. 216/18, G.R. No. 8727 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
