2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 51 of 2024 arising out of Murar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section376(D) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the informant's daughter went out from her house to High School, Murar but she did not return. The informant suspected that some unknown person has enticed his daughter away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. It has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27388 of 2024(3) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 also been submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section-164 of the Cr.P.C. has not supported the prosecution case. As per medical report, her age is 18-20 years. The petitioner is in custody since 05-12-2023.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI (Special Judge, POCSO), Buxar in connection with POCSO Case No. 51 of 2024 arising out of Murar P.S.
