The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 354(D), 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that whatever happened between the petitioner and the informant was with consent. Both the petitioner and the informant are major and the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
