JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 dated 12.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

The petitioner along with about 50-60 persons have indulged in an affray on behalf of a defeated candidate during the election process. During the counting of the election, such an occurrence had taken place.

Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R but nothing specific has been alleged against him. Considering the general and omnibus nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21471 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017.
