2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation made in the FIR, petitioner assaulted the mother of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is simply a victim of false implication. Though there is allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted the mother of informant but there is no injury report on record.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26657 of 2023(3) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S.
