The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 1706 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 25 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 15.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let

Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
